I look far younger than my chronological age. While this can be entertaining at times it can also cause some confusion. I am often asked my age and the reason for my youthful appearance. My interest in retaining my youthful state is because most of life can be enjoyed best when we are healthy and young.

Have you ever noticed that in the media we are always told the age of a person. Why is this? There are many people who do not look their age, for example there are those who at the age of 30 look 50 and those at the age of 50 who look more like 30. Why is this?

Yes, genetics, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise have much to do with it but the main reason is our belief and what we have been programmed to believe. This is because of the age programme whereby our subconscious minds are continuously being programmed with how we should look at a certain age. The body does what the subconscious mind tells it and so your body shows age. It’s another programme.

I know that ageing is not normal process and there is scientific evidence that suggests that we should be living much longer than what we currently do. There is now scientific evidence to support age reversal and even people who have lived very long lives, the 256 year old man and 2,800 year old man.

I will be writing more about this subject in subsequent posts, including what I do to maintain a youthful state naturally.

In this YouTube video, Ray Kurzweil a world-class prolific inventor and leading futurist author,  points to 2045 for the technological singularity when A.I. will surpass human intelligence and physical immortality will be possible.

Please note he is talking about the elite who believe in a 500 million people population, this is not conspiracy it’s fact.

My view is that the mind will always be superior to technology and can create a youthful state. Movies and the media are constantly programming us with the belief that technology is the only way.

The world will have to change into a much better place for me to stay but at least I will not grow old.

I just watched this short video by Michio Kaku that puts age reversal into perspective.

According to Michio Kaku, ageing is the build up of genetic and cellular error which results in the buildup of genetic errors.  While cells can repair damage to themselves even the repair mechanism eventually fails and this is what causes cells to age.

Age reversal is about accelerating cellular repair and the question is whether this can be achieved using genetics and enzymes such as telomerase and resveratrol.

According to Michio Kaku, we are now finding pieces of the fountain of youth and in the coming decades it is now conceivable to many that in the coming years that we will find the secrets of age reversal.

I think that age reversal is possible because of the evidence that now exists, such as the 256 year old man and the 2,800 year old man.

I would like to think that it is just a matter of time before we discover the secrets age reversal.

What do you think?

I read this interesting article written by Johanne Markus titled ‘The Grand Illusion of Self: You’re Not The Person You Think You Are‘.  I found particularly interesting because is claims that DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed to be ageless.

Here is the section titled ‘Being Present And Ageless DNA:

Scientific studies have suggested that a mind that is present and in the moment indicates well-being, whereas shifting our energy to the past or future can lead to unhappiness. A recent UCSF study showed a link between being present and aging, by looking at a biological measure of longevity within our DNA.

In the study, telomere length, an emerging biomarker for cellular and general bodily aging, was assessed in association with the tendency to be present in the moment versus the tendency to mind wander, in research on 239 healthy, midlife women ranging in age from 50 to 65 years.

Being present in the moment was defined as an inclination to be focused on current tasks, while mind wandering was defined as the inclination to have thoughts about things other than the present or being elsewhere.

Many practitioners of spiritual health tell us not to deny the problems we are facing, but to also not get lost in them either. Psychological sciences have shown us that being present brings us greater alertness and inner security, allowing us to face challenges more objectively and with greater calm.

According to the findings, published online in the new Association for Psychological Science journal Clinical Psychological Science, those who reported more mind wandering had shorter telomeres, while those who reported more presence in the moment, or having a greater focus and engagement with their current activities, had longer telomeres, even after adjusting for current stress.

The human genome is packed with at least four million gene switches that reside in bits ofDNA that once were dismissed as “junk” but it turns out that so-called junk DNA plays critical roles in controlling how cells, organs and other tissues behave. The discovery, considered a major medical and scientific breakthrough, has enormous implications for human health and consciousness because many complex diseases appear to be caused by tiny changes in hundreds of gene switches.

Mindful meditation interventions, which promote attention on the present with a compassionate attitude of acceptance, lead to increases in some aspects of health. Being present and observant in purity without judgment also means that we have no emotionality surrounding our observations. Our emotional well being is not placed in the outcomes of our life’s circumstances, but rather our wellbeing is placed inwardly and determined by a choice we make to remain calm, focused and expansive surrounding the multiple possibilities of the occurrences we are a witness to.

“We now have evidence for a new type of healing in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by the way we think without physically modifying a single gene,” said Professor and geneticist Karina Mika.

“Over many millennia our minds and physical being have become time machinesprogrammed to grow old and expire, but it doesn’t have to be that way,” said Mika. “Being ageless could be as simple as changing our emotional state and thinking differently,” she concluded.

Does this man hold the secrets of age reversal or immortality?

“What if you met a man who was 2,800 years old?  What questions would you ask him about History?  Religion?

I went looking for the oldest person alive on earth today.  I wanted to find out from them what they eat and what did they do, to accomplish such a long and healthy life.  to my absolute shock I located and made contact with a man whose real physical age is nearly 2,800 years old”. ~ Ben Abba

In his book Ben Abba tells the story about this remarkable man and what stories he had to tell about the unwritten history of our Western Civilization.

“What if you met a man who was 2,800 years old?  What questions would you ask him about History?  Religion?  Learn the secrets of age reversal or immortality?
